Reiki I Class

Reiki I Class

Reiki I is the first step on your Reiki journey.
In this class, the student will learn what life force energy feels like. We do this through various Qi Gong movements to open the chakras.

Once the student can feel the energy, the class is then given an attunement that will align your frequency with the Reiki energy.

After the attunement, the class will learn to do a self-Reiki treatment. This is especially useful for helping to clear your energy on a regular basis.

The class will then be guided through performing a Reiki treatment on another person. After a thorough demonstration, the class will be divided into pairs two begin working on their partners.

This class includes instructional booklets and a certificate of achievement for the Reiki I level.
